TB Performance Centre Ltd – Terms & Condition
1. Bookings & Payments
- All sessions, camps, and courses must be booked in advance through our booking system.
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
- Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited spaces.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Parent cancellations:
- More than 48 hours’ notice: credit note offered for future sessions.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: no refund or credit (unless in exceptional circumstances at the coach’s discretion).
- Coach cancellations:
- If we cancel a session due to illness, facility issues, or safety concerns, we will provide a replacement session or credit.
- Weather:
- Outdoor sessions will continue unless conditions are unsafe. If unsafe, we will cancel and offer a rescheduled session or credit.
3. Late Arrivals & Non-Attendance
- No refund or credit is offered for non-attendance or late arrival.
- Parents must ensure children are dropped off and collected on time.
4. Behaviour & Conduct
- Children are expected to behave respectfully and follow coach instructions for safety.
- We reserve the right to remove any child whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk.
- No refund will be issued in cases of removal due to behaviour.
- Parents are to encourage only throughout sessions.
5. Medical Information
- Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking.
- Medication (e.g., inhalers) must be brought to all sessions.
- We are not permitted to administer medication unless specifically agreed.
6. Safety & Liability
- All coaches are qualified, insured, and Enhanced DBS checked.
- Football is a physical activity; by booking, parents accept the risk of minor injury.
- We are not liable for injuries caused by misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or behaviour of other participants.
- We are not liable for loss or damage of personal belongings.
7. Photography & Media
- We may take photos/videos for marketing purposes.
- Parents must notify us at booking if they do not consent to their child being included.
8. Clothing & Equipment
- Children must wear appropriate sports clothing, trainers/football boots, shin pads (if required), and bring water.
- Inappropriate clothing may result in a child being unable to take part.
9. Health & Illness
- Children must not attend if they are unwell or showing symptoms of contagious illness.
- If a child becomes unwell during a session, parents will be contacted to collect them immediately.
10. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
A responsible adult must be contactable at all times during the session or attend the session.
Parents must ensure accurate emergency contact details are provided.
11. Data Protection (GDPR)
- All personal data is stored securely and used only for the purpose of registration, safety, and communication.
- Data will not be shared with third parties.
